Private Dwelling - Case Study

We achieved Class Q Permitted Development rights on a former grain barn near Wellow. The application was challenging from the outset given the number of constraints of the site; however, we are pleased the local authority engaged with us on the application and collaboratively worked with us, helping inform the design and ultimately produce something very special in a fabulous location.
